very enthusiastic staff and i loved the dining room where i had a vegan breakfast. the facilities in the suite were gorgeous, beds were really big. super central location, relaxing base for discovering san francisco. the service was excellent, i had 3 fantastic nights here.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Brand-new, brand-new room, not pushy staff, pleasant restaurant. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. Soft beds, climate control, double glazed windows and blackout curtains in the room. Had complementary drinks in the main bar in the evening...

It was unique hotel and we had the best stay. Very central location and fabulous views, cool staff and exceptional service. Generally everything was good, even so the bathroom was disgusting.
